Welcome to Reflected🪞
Hello hello!
Welcome to Reflected, my friends.
When I was working on putting this rebrand into action last week, it was such a relief to shimmy out of an old skin and step into something new.
I started Three Moon Collective in 2018 as a weekly newsletter of wellness events happening in the Seattle area. Over time, this grew into a community of well-being practitioners and seekers for whom I hosted live events, created a brand around, and connected as many dots as I could.
The pandemic coincided with the beginning of my burnout. As I pivoted my work to the virtual realm, the rest of my energy began to slowly sizzle away. I clipped away the parts of my biz that I could no longer participate in and merged what I could with Luv Collective until I ended up with just this little newsletter.
If you got on this train at the beginning – wow! It’s been an interesting ride for us all, huh? If you’re a new passenger here – welcome aboard.
I chose the name Reflected after learning about the mirror archetype from Michelle at Holisticism and knew that it was exactly what I wanted to use as inspiration for this newsletter. If you’re embodying the mirror archetype, it means that you are:
Pulling information from another place and channeling it into this world
Taking on the challenge of reflecting gold back to others
Providing a glimpse into the future
This newsletter will continue to evolve as I do, but you can always expect to see things that will inspire you to pause, reflect, or awaken a new possibility for you. Sometimes I’ll share longer reflections on something I’m thinking about, sometimes it will be a short list of my top recommendations from the week. If you think a friend would like the content shared here, please forward it along 🙂
I’m going to be in Portugal for the next two weeks, so I’ll be taking another short break from writing so I don’t have to spend any more time than I need to glued to my computer screen. But if I get a wild hair and something on my heart, you might hear from me sooner.
Until next time,
Hannah

A non-alcoholic elixir made with “tree saps, aromatic plants and ancient remedies used to relax and unwind. Enjoy complex notes of wood and bright spice with a calm, dreamy feeling.” I saw this on TikTok and I’m very intrigued!
Low dopamine mornings
Will probably write a future post on this in more detail, but an interesting thing I learned about ADHD recently is that one of its trademarks is low levels of dopamine. Due to this lack of dopamine, people with ADHD are "chemically wired" to seek more. By starting your day with a low dopamine morning – not getting on your phone first thing, going on a walk, eating a high-protein breakfast, waiting to drink coffee, etc – you help avoid brain fog and are less distracted throughout the day. I’ve noticed a significant difference since trying to have a few low dopamine mornings each week and it’s slowly becoming just my actual morning routine. Highly recommend whether you have ADHD or not!
Someone finally designed a sustainable version of all the meds you usually stock up on at the pharmacy. So brilliant!
